Andrea Casper Baron (Class of 1992)

Baron

When I moved back to Cincinnati my husband Steve and I decided to send our children to my alma mater, Yavneh/Rockwern Academy.   I am honored and proud to say that my children are being raised in the same warm, familiar environment we were. They are learning so much here, and I can already tell they are making lifelong friends just as I did. I am so impressed with the quality education they are receiving with such caring teachers (many of them are my former teachers!) and the smaller class sizes. My favorite part is watching them take part in such special ceremonies like Yom HaSiddur and Kabbalat HaTorah. It really brings back great memories and I have never been more proud!

I feel so lucky. In sending my siblings and me to Yavneh, my parents were not only giving us shared memories and the foundation of a quality education, they were also helping us create special traditions that I use to this day as I raise my own family.

My husband Steve and I make a donation to Yavneh/Rockwern each year and I feel that it is a way to give back and honor the investment my parents made in my siblings and me so many years ago.

Please consider a gift to Yavneh/Rockwern.  If you do, your parents will receive a beautiful certificate (pictured below).
