Application Procedure
Click here to access our admissions portal to apply for the 2024-2025 school year
Submit an application including teacher recommendation and student records if applicable
Schedule a student visit and assessment (for applicants pre-k through grade 8)
Receive admission notification & enrollment contract within the admissions portal
Receive financial aid award notification from the financial aid committee if applicable (award will be represented on the enrollment contract)
Sign enrollment contract within the admissions portal
The process of applying for tuition assistance is separate from the admission application process. We will begin the process of evaluating the admission application once we receive your application for admission, the application fee, and your complete set of records and recommendations.

Our admissions process operates on a rolling basis. Please contact us at any time of the year if you are interested in learning more about Rockwern, and we will let you know if there is availability in your child's grade level. If there is, we would be happy to assist you with the application process.
