Allison List

Teaching Assistant, Kindergarten

Allison List joined Rockwern Academy in 2017 but started her pastry career long before. She received her degree in business and Pastry Arts from the Midwest Culinary Institute, where she trained under master pastry chef James Myatt and celebrity chef Megan Ketover. During culinary school she furthered her training with the Jean Robert De Cavel French Restaurant Group and was the Pastry Assistant to French pastry chef Jean Philippe Solnom. After spending a number of years with Jean Philippe, Ms. List moved to Madeira to learn from German master chef Armin Hack with Freida's Desserts. She then owned and operated her own small bakery in Florence, Kentucky, specializing in gourmet cupcakes and cookies.

Before coming to Rockwern Academy, Ms. List expanded her savory baking knowledge by working and managing at the OTR Goodfella's Pizzeria. She loves the challenge of adapting all her knowledge and experience to kosher baking here at Rockwern. In her spare time Ms. List loves checking out the local music scene and traveling to as many new places as she can.
