Honoring Ben Bader

A Note from Ben’s Family and Friends: 

We set out with a goal of raising funds in Ben’s memory that would make a meaningful and lasting investment in Rockwern’s basketball and physical education program.  We achieved that, and Rockwern’s basketball court will be named the Ben Bader Court.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of so many who loved Ben, we look forward to gathering in May for the dedication of the basketball court in Ben’s honor. 

Ben discovered his love of basketball at Yavneh Day School / Rockwern Academy, surrounded by teammates, family, teachers, and coaches who believed in him.

By contributing to this effort, you help ensure that future students can discover the joy, confidence, and sense of belonging that Ben did. This tribute will honor Ben in the place where his love of basketball took root and reflect the values he carried with him. Ben’s words, “If not now, when?” will continue to inspire generations of Rockwern basketball players and our community.
