A Note from Ben’s Family and Friends:
Together, the gifts made in Ben’s memory will allow us to make a meaningful and lasting investment in Rockwern’s basketball program and its physical education program, which supports the development of student athletes.
The funds will allow for a meaningful dedication in memory of Ben. Based on the total funds raised, the opportunities include investing in one of the following items and naming it in Ben’s honor:
Trophy Case – $10,000
Scoreboard – $30,000
Concession Stand – $75,000
Basketball Court – $250,000
As his basketball teammates, we set a goal to raise between $10,000 - $250,000, and every gift at every level brings us closer to honoring Ben in a way that will directly impact students for years to come.
Ben discovered his love of basketball at Yavneh Day School / Rockwern Academy, surrounded by teammates, family, teachers, and coaches who believed in him. By contributing to this effort, you help ensure that future students can discover the joy, confidence, and sense of belonging that Ben did. Your generosity will help us name a meaningful piece of our athletics program in Ben’s honor and create opportunities that reflect the values he lived.
