Robyn Lamont
Director of Development
Robyn Lamont serves as Rockwern Academy’s Director of Development, a role in which she is honored to continue growing a culture of giving that reflects the heart and values of the community. Some of her earliest memories are from Jewish day school, and now, as a Rockwern parent, she is proud to be part of the team that fosters the same sense of connection and belonging.
Robyn brings more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience in philanthropy, youth and family programming, and community engagement in the Jewish community and beyond.
Previously, she led development at the Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center and was the founding executive director of Refugee Connect, a nonprofit incubation of the Junior League of Cincinnati.
Robyn holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology with a minor in Jewish studies from Miami University, a master’s of social work from The Ohio State University, and a Human Resources Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
Outside of work, Robyn enjoys reading, baking with her kids and husband, and hiking Cincinnati’s trails.
