Sarah Bakkum
Lead Teacher, Pre-K
Sarah earned her master’s degree in elementary education and has teaching experience with children ranging from preschool through third grade. She is passionate about early childhood education because she believes the early years of a child’s learning journey are critical to their success in the elementary classroom. In her classroom, Sarah helps children build confidence, develop social-emotional skills, and discover the joy of learning through developmentally-appropriate experiences.
In her spare time, she enjoys time with her Great Dane, Winnie, and her family. She also loves figure skating, cooking, tackling home repair projects, making art, and rollerblading.
